I had a very old root canal fail this week and I tried calling over 20 dentists on Friday to see if anyone could fit me in. Dr. Peng was the only one who could. ISmile was open on Saturday (today). By the time I got to the office, I was in so much pain I thought was going to pass out. I needed an emergency extraction and Dr. Peng and her team were able to talk me through everything. I first went to this dental office for an emergency I was in incredible pain and had recently moved. The doctor came in on their day off to see me the very next day. I ended up calling this dental office because of the distance from my current home and now I’ve continued to stay because of the service. I’ve never felt more comfortable at any other office and trust Dr. Peng to not only make the right decisions but perform with more than exceptional professionalism. First, I have had some awful dental experiences and am very anxious about going to the dentist. They are AMAZING. They immediately made me feel so comfortable. They didn't embarrass me, shame me, and even took the time to explain my insurance coverage. Turns out I had more then I thought!! They were even kind enough to reach out to my orthodontist and ask them to submit a claim for work I didn’t know was covered! Seriously if I could give 10 stars I would! I came in as a walk in & first time client who also didn’t have dental insurance at the moment. The ladies in the office are all so kind , welcoming, and professional! I was having very bad wisdom tooth pain and was just looking for somewhere to prescribe me with antibiotics so it wouldn’t become a full blown abscess/infection as my gums were already beginning to swell. I was able to get 2 X-rays done and the tooth completely extracted within a few hours! The price was also not bad at all considering I was paying out of pocket. I will definitely be referring others here! The doctor did a great job in removing my wisdom tooth and I was so relieved once it was out! :)

Dr. Peng got me during the quarantine last year to pull an infected tooth. The office was closed and she met me there and pulled it. Fast forward a year later, I’m back with 2 infected teeth. She, Taylor and Diamond all made me feel comfortable, as I cried in the dentist chair. Haha. She got one tooth out while the other one is too infected and can’t be numbed. Her staff worked diligently to find an oral surgeon to pull this tooth. I highly recommend!

I’ll start by saying, my case was a DIFFICULT one. Dr. Peng had to work on one of my upper molars several times - and she did it all with care, patience and talked me through the entire process. This practice is by far the BEST dental practice is Columbus, Ohio. Diamond (an assistant), is so personable - and makes you feel comfortable - while at the dentist. 10/10 recommend going here for all of your dental needs. Normally, you have to wait for retainers, crowns, etc but this office does it all!!! This place is wonderful - can’t say it enough!!

Dr. Peng is great. She is a straight shooter, super friendly and someone I trust with my teeth. I've been a patient for 20 years and she or her staff has always done a great job and had actionable advice for my teeth. Her staff is first rate as well! Always warm and efficient, never had to wait very long to get anything done while I'm at her office or on the phone. Also just came back from an appointment during covid and they did a good job with safety measures.

May 28,2020 my husband had so much pain in his root canal and we were not there patient, but from The point I called the front desk,she was SUPER SWEET and let us come in within 1 hour to the location. It's been several that years that I've been seeing Dr. Peng for my dental work. I'm always met with friendly and professional staff at the front desk. At times, they've had to help me figure out how to navigate issues with my insurance. Much appreciated! Dr. Peng and the hygienists are excellent at what they do. They are masters in their craft, and very informative about needs and options. Today, as I left my dental cleaning appointment, I realized one of the reasons why the dental group is called iSmile. iSmiled when I got there and iSmiled as I left. I even felt like smiling a few times as I had my teeth cleaned and worked on. So to you all, a big thanks!

We chose Dr Peng because my wife is Chinese. The fact that the doc and some of her staff speak Mandarin is a definite plus! All of the staff are pleasant and very friendly. Appointments are easily scheduled and wait times are minimal. Dr Peng is very good at explaining what she sees, and what she is doing. We will keep coming here.

I continue to go there now because they really care and explain the insurance and dental information very well. If you don't have insurance they even offer their own dental plans! I had pain on my teeth around 9 month. I visited 3 different dentists but it didn’t help at all. During this time I could never be able to eat on my right side. But this week, the pain became terrible. I couldn’t sleep for three nights. Just yesterday, I met with Dr. Peng. I feel very good and I don’t have any pain after a long time. I am so happy and I am thankful to Dr. Peng, because of being so nice and helpful. She is using technology very effectively and pretty good at her job. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about the root canal process. I didn’t feel any pain. Even though I had a hidden cavity, she figured that out. I will be advising her to my friends. Also I need to say that yesterday was Saturday and it was not her working day. Since she saw me in pain, she spent a lot of time to figure out the problem and make the root canal. Also she asked about how I feel after the root canal, several times during the day. She is so thoughtful and nice 🌺

I have been visiting Dr. Pei Peng since 2011. Dr. Peng and her assistants provide good services and take good care of my needs and my family's needs. Last week, I had a tooth implant. I was amazed to find I didn't take any pain relieve pill and didn't feel pain at all. It was a great experience. I find Dr. Peng is not only a good dentist but also a good periodontist.

Dr. Peng has been my family's dentist since...2002, I believe. Long time. She and her staff are great. The place is always fantastically clean. I'm a low-maintenance patient--two cleanings/check-ups a year and that's it--but my husband has had several fillings and some tooth repairs done by her with no complaints whatsoever. Earlier this week one of my friends, Khalid, told me he had a horrible toothache and his dentist wouldn't see him for two weeks. I immediately called Dr. Peng and asked if he could be seen. It was 11:30am, and they gave us a 1:30 appointment. They said their policy is to see people with toothaches on the same day they call, if at all possible. Which I think should be standard of dentists everywhere. (TWO WEEKS?!) Khalid doesn't have insurance, so I asked about the cost. No charge to be seen, no more than $20 if they have to do an X-ray. Khalid's dentist was going to charge $150 for the appointment alone. So, at 1:30, we went in to see Dr. Peng. She quickly assessed the situation and determined he'd had a filling fall out. If she could clean it out and fill it with no problem, the cost would be $90. She felt confident she could do that, but if it ended up that he'd need a root canal, the cost would be $550. Ugh. Thankfully she was able to fill it and so far, so good. We're keeping our fingers crossed that he won't need further work on it. So, the total charge for that same day appointment was $90. He saved $60 and two weeks of pain. Yay! Today, I went in with my husband and two kids for our semi-annual checkup. I love the fact that I can call in and say, "I'd like to make an appointment for my whole family on a Saturday." They never have a problem getting us in within two weeks or so. We all show up at the set time and whoever wants to go first gets to go. It's effortless. She does a great job with my 3-year-old. She makes a big deal of telling him she's going to COUNT his teeth, so he's not scared of what she's doing in there. Then she tells him she's going to use magic toothpaste on him, and only the good girls and boys get to have that--he's very lucky that he's allowed to have it. :-) He was thrilled, and when we came home he couldn't wait to use the Transformers toothbrush she gave him. Dr. Peng herself does the cleanings, by the way. When I first went there that shocked me, but now I think it's kind of cool. After my appointment, I asked Dr. Peng about buying the $65 Crest whitening strips she sells. They're the ones that are only available through a dentists office. "Eh," she said, "you'll be fine with the over the counter ones." LOL! You can't argue with a dentist who doesn't want to take your money.
